Summary of the Role

We are looking for a high-agency Senior AI Product Engineer to design, build, and ship production-grade AI applications and agentic workflows. You will own features end-to-end—from system architecture and API design to UI components and LLM orchestration.

Desired Skills

  • B2 or above English level.
  • Experience: 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with end-to-end product delivery.
  • Production AI: Real-world experience building LLM-backed features (prompt iteration, tool/function calling, RAG, and agentic workflows).
  • +4 years of professional experience Python and/or TypeScript / Node.js. 
  • Daily Agentic Tools: Daily, methodology-driven use of AI development tools (Claude Code, Cursor) rather than basic autocomplete.
  • Data & Cloud: Solid experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL) and cloud deployments (AWS or GCP).
  • Communication: Strong written communication skills with a documentation-first mindset.

Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Ownership: Scope, spec, build, and deploy features independently from initial requirement to production monitoring.
  • Agentic Workflows & Pipelines: Build autonomous agents, orchestration layers, and integrations using tool calling and Model Context Protocol (MCP).
  • AI-Assisted Development: Direct advanced AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex) using structured prompts, system guardrails, and eval loops.
  • Backend & APIs: Develop secure microservices, data models, and enterprise API integrations (REST, GraphQL, SQL).
  • UI & Integration: Build responsive frontend components and conversational interfaces for real-time model interaction.

Nice to Have

  • High-Performance Languages: Experience with Rust or other low-level, high-concurrency compiled languages.
  • Low-Latency & Platform Infrastructure: Background in building high-throughput services (e.g., 1,000+ RPS), KV-cache routing, or LLM inference pipeline mechanics.
  • Enterprise Auth & Security Systems: Familiarity with OAuth 2.0/OIDC, JWTs, RBAC, SCIM provisioning, WorkOS, or API key lifecycle management.
