Engineer Manager (Guadalajara - MX)
Summary of the Role
We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing engineering team building the systems that power a lending business — from loan origination and pricing to servicing, payments, and borrower experience. This is a high-impact leadership role at the intersection of technology, product, and business: you will partner closely with Product, Design, Data, Risk, and Operations to deliver reliable, scalable systems that drive growth and improve borrower outcomes.
