Desired Skills

  • 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
  • B2 or above English level.
  • Strong Python experience. (5+ years)
  • Professional experience building and deploying AI agents or LLM-powered systems in production. (2+ years) 
  • Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or other frontier model APIs.
  • Experience with agent frameworks such as LangGraph, OpenAI Agents SDK, Claude Agent SDK, PydanticAI, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of agent design patterns, multi-agent orchestration, memory systems, and tool/function calling.
  • Experience with RAG architectures, vector databases, and retrieval systems.
  • Experience with observability, evaluation frameworks, and production monitoring for AI systems.
  • Experience with PostgreSQL, pgvector, Pinecone, Qdrant, Weaviate, or similar technologies.
  • Experience with Node.js or TypeScript.
  • Strong backend engineering and systems design fundamentals.
  • Experience deploying and operating production-scale software systems.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and deploy production-grade AI agents and agentic workflows.
  • Architect multi-agent systems, tool-calling frameworks, memory architectures, and retrieval pipelines.
  • Own AI systems end-to-end, from experimentation and evaluation through production deployment and monitoring.
  • Build robust evaluation frameworks, observability tooling, and testing infrastructure to ensure reliability and performance.
  • Design and optimize RAG systems, vector databases, and knowledge retrieval architectures.
  • Evaluate and integrate frontier AI models and determine the best approach for each use case.
  • Collaborate closely with product, leadership, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable AI solutions.
  • Drive technical decisions around AI infrastructure, orchestration, model selection, and system architecture.
  • Improve system reliability, scalability, and operational excellence across AI platforms.

Nice to Have

  • Azure Cloud Services experience.
  • Infrastructure as Code (Bicep or similar).
  • Experience with LLM serving and inference optimization at scale.
  • Kubernetes or cloud-native platform experience.
  • Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations.
  • Experience with graph databases (Neo4j) or knowledge graph systems.
  • Experience building or operating AI systems in regulated or compliance-heavy environments.
  • Experience with real-time or low-latency AI systems.
  • Experience with OpenTelemetry or distributed tracing in AI/ML systems.
