DevOps Engineer

Desired Skills: 

• B2 english or above 
• 5+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, DevOps, or similar roles.
• Strong experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and developer tooling.
• Professional experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Professional Experience with Terraform
• Professional experience with Docker, Kubernetes, ECS, or similar container platforms.
• Experience implementing automated testing systems, deployment workflows, and developer infrastructure tooling
• Experience integrating security checks into CI/CD pipelines, including vulnerability scanning and secret detection
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Experience owning technical systems end-to-end.

Responsibilities: 

• Design, build, and maintain scalable CI/CD systems that improve deployment speed, reliability, and developer productivity.
• Modernize deployment workflows by replacing manual approval processes with automated quality and readiness checks.
• Improve build reliability, release consistency, and deployment confidence across engineering teams.
• Develop internal tooling, automation systems, and developer workflows that enhance the day-to-day engineering experience.
• Build systems for ephemeral and isolated development environments to reduce dependency on shared infrastructure.
• Create testing harnesses, provisioning systems, and automation frameworks that accelerate engineering velocity.
• Implement AI-assisted tooling to automate engineering workflows and repetitive operational tasks.
• Evaluate and deploy solutions such as AI-assisted code review, self-healing testing systems, and intelligent workflow automation.
• Embed security guardrails directly into the software development lifecycle through automated scanning, validation, and compliance checks.
• Build and maintain tooling for vulnerability detection, secret scanning, release validation, and security automation.
• Implement observability, instrumentation, and metrics to track deployment performance, pipeline health, and developer productivity.
• Use data-driven insights to identify bottlenecks and continuously improve engineering workflows and operational excellence.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, SRE, Product, QA, and Security teams to deliver scalable infrastructure solutions.
• Create clear technical documentation, runbooks, architectural designs, and operational guidelines.
• Mentor engineers on infrastructure best practices, tooling adoption, and engineering productivity improvements.
