Implementation Specialist
Desired Skills:
- English B2 or above.
- 3–5 years of professional experience in SaaS implementation, customer onboarding, technical support, or related roles.
- Experience implementing or onboarding SaaS platforms for external clients.
- Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience coordinating projects, timelines, and multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Hands-on experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Quality Assurance (QA) processes.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with ticketing systems, project management tools, or implementation workflows.
- Strong documentation and process management skills.
- Familiarity with tools such as GitHub, Excel, HTML, or similar technologies.
- Comfortable leveraging AI tools such as ChatGPT and other AI-assisted productivity tools.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
Nice to Have:
- Experience working with higher education institutions or education technology platforms.
- Familiarity with SaaS deployment and version control processes.
- Relevant certifications or academic background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Experience improving operational workflows or implementation processes.
Responsibilities
- Partner with clients to gather, understand, and document implementation requirements.
- Manage implementation plans, timelines, and project coordination activities.
- Configure, test, troubleshoot, and validate software deployments.
- Support successful onboarding and adoption of the platform through training and ongoing client support.
- Perform UAT and QA reviews to ensure implementation accuracy and consistency.
- Create and maintain implementation documentation, workflows, and best practices.
- Collaborate with implementation, support, and development teams to resolve technical and deployment-related issues.
- Provide feedback to internal teams regarding product usability, functionality, and enhancement opportunities.
- Identify opportunities to improve implementation efficiency, scalability, and customer experience.
- Stay up to date with SaaS implementation best practices, emerging technologies, and AI-driven productivity tools.
