SDR Ops and Data Specialist
Role Summary
As a Campaigns & Data Specialist, you will own the systems and processes that power our outbound sales engine. You'll manage email outreach infrastructure, maintain database quality, optimize deliverability, and support SDR teams by ensuring clean data, reliable workflows, and scalable campaign execution.
Responsibilities
- Manage outbound email campaigns in Apollo.io, Outreach, or Salesloft.
- Build, launch, and optimize email sequences and A/B tests.
- Monitor deliverability, sender reputation, bounce rates, and domain health.
- Maintain database hygiene, suppressions, deduplication, and contact validation.
- Build targeted prospect lists using Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and similar tools.
- Audit and optimize HubSpot workflows, automations, and campaign reporting.
- Ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM, CASL, and internal data standards.
- Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements.
- Coordinate campaign timing with SDR and sales teams.
- Document processes and operational best practices.
Desired Skills
- Advanced English level (C1 or above) - spoken and written -
- +3 years of professional experience.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Apollo.io, Outreach, or Salesloft administration.
- Experience configuring outbound email sequences, sending accounts, and A/B testing.
- Strong understanding of email deliverability, bounce management, suppressions, and domain warm-up.
- HubSpot experience focused on outbound workflows, automation, and reporting.
- Experience building ICP-based prospect lists using Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar platforms.
- Advanced Google Sheets / Excel skills for data cleaning and reporting.
- Experience with data enrichment and validation tools such as Clay, Lusha, or Seamless.ai.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience as an SDR or BDR.
- Experience working closely with SDR teams and outbound sales organizations.
- Knowledge of SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
- Experience onboarding or supporting sales teams on outbound tools and processes.
- Experience within Commercial Services, Facilities Management, Janitorial Services, or similar industries.
