Senior DAM Configuration Specialist
Summary of the Role
We are looking for a Senior DAM Configuration Specialist to join a remote Latin America delivery team as a senior individual contributor, combining business analysis, hands-on Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform configuration, and consulting skills. The role starts as a behind-the-scenes execution seat: you will turn meeting recordings, written notes, and senior consultant guidance into client-ready documentation, metadata schemas, visual workflows, and platform configurations.
Desired Skills
- Full-Time availability
- Advanced English (C1) or above — written deliverables must be client-ready without major rework, with strong comprehension of meeting recordings and notes
- 5+ years of experience in DAM, CMS, PIM, MAM, or Digital Experience Platforms within professional services, consulting, or software implementation engagements
- Hands-on experience configuring at least one enterprise DAM platform (Orange Logic/OrangeDAM and Aprimo strongly preferred; Bynder, AEM Assets, Canto, Frontify, MediaValet, or Tenovos also qualify)
- Proven ability to author polished, client-ready deliverables: requirements specs, process diagrams (Miro/Lucidchart), spreadsheets, and SOPs
- Strong working knowledge of metadata schemas, controlled vocabularies, structured data models, and access control/permission hierarchies
Responsibilities
- Business analysis & technical documentation: translate client discovery notes and recordings into requirements specs, user stories, current/future-state process flows (Miro/Lucidchart), system architecture diagrams, and SOPs
- Metadata & taxonomy design: analyze source data to build metadata schemas, data dictionaries, taxonomies, controlled vocabularies, permission models, and folder/library structures
- Platform configuration: directly configure enterprise DAM platforms, specifically Orange Logic (OrangeDAM) and Aprimo, implementing approved schemas, permissions, and automated workflows
- UAT & quality assurance: plan and execute internal User Acceptance Testing, document defect reports and resolutions, and prepare client-facing UAT materials
- Team collaboration & growth: participate in internal working sessions, join client calls in an observer/note-taking capacity, and mentor junior remote delivery staff
Nice-to-Haves
- Educational background in Library & Information Science, Information Architecture, Knowledge Management, or Taxonomy
- Prior US-facing consulting or professional services experience
- Business Analysis certifications (CBAP, CCBA, IIBA) or Agile/PMP certifications
- Experience with AI-assisted tools for documentation, transcript analysis, or summarization
- Familiarity with Visio, draw.io, and MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Experience with Confluence, Notion, Jira, Asana, or Smartsheet
Who You Are
- You bring senior judgment and critical thinking: you proactively flag gaps or downstream risks in specs rather than blindly executing flawed requests
- You write in a polished way, producing structured, accurate, and professional documentation ready for C-suite presentation
- You're comfortable in ambiguity: you can draft strong initial specifications from incomplete inputs and refine them through iterative feedback
Some benefits:
- 🏢 Offices in some cities
- 🖥️ 100% remote work
- ⌚ Full-time schedule, flexible according to objectives
- 🏖️ PTO & holidays
- ⚕️ Medical insurance
