Sales Support & Data Operations Analyst

Key responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team with daily administrative and operational tasks, ensuring smooth execution of ongoing processes.
  • Keep CRM systems (Salesforce) and internal tools consistently updated with accurate and complete information.
  • Be present in client meetings, communicating clearly and showing a professional and confident attitude.
  • Assist in client communications, including follow-ups, nurturing, and coordination via email.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate workflows and improve operational efficiency.
  • Provide general support to the sales process while continuously learning and developing within the role.

Main Skills and Qualifications:

  • Based in Argentina, Uruguay, or Brazil.
  • Advanced English level (both spoken and written).
  • Comfortable with a hybrid work model.
  • 1-3 years of experience in administrative, sales support, or similar roles.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Ability to interact confidently in client-facing environments.
  • Proactive attitude with willingness to learn and grow within a sales environment.
  • Comfortable handling repetitive tasks while maintaining quality and consistency.
