Community Administrator (Medellin)
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of community events, activities, and employee experiences.
- Coordinate logistics, vendors, orders, deliveries, and materials for community initiatives.
- Assist with birthday and anniversary gifts, welcome experiences, and other employee recognition initiatives.
- Maintain community calendars, trackers, documentation, inventory records, and recurring operational tasks.
- Support budget and expense tracking by collecting receipts and keeping records organized and up to date.
- Collaborate with Community Admins and other teams across different locations and regions.
- Follow established Community processes and ensure assigned responsibilities are completed accurately and on time.
- Communicate proactively when deadlines, tasks, or deliverables are delayed or at risk.
- Provide documentation or confirmation of task completion when required.

- Familiarity with Google Workspace, including Drive, Sheets, and Forms, as well as Zoom.
- Previous experience coordinating events, logistics, administrative tasks, or community initiatives is a plus.
