Fullstack Node.js & React.js Developer
Summary of the Role
We are looking for a Fullstack Node.js & React.js Developer to build and ship features across the whole stack, working with Node.js and TypeScript on the backend and React on the frontend.
Desired Skills:
- Full-Time availability
- B2 or Advanced English level
- Full-stack developer
- 6+ plus years of experience as a developer
- 5+ years experience with NodeJS
- 5+ years experience with React
- Strong JavaScript / TypeScript fundamentals
- Experience building and integrating APIs (REST and/or GraphQL)
- Experience with relational databases, ideally PostgreSQL
- Comfortable using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code) in your daily workflow, with good judgment to review what they produce
Plus experience:
- AWS (RDS, EC2)
- GraphQL / Apollo
- MongoDB
- Production LLM features: RAG, embeddings, agentic tool-calling, evals, and guardrails
- MCP servers and agentic AI systems
- Other backend languages: Python, Ruby on Rails, Kotlin, Java, or PHP
- Docker and CI/CD
- Microservices, distributed and event-driven systems (RabbitMQ, Kafka, workflow orchestration)
- Testing: unit, integration, and e2e (e.g., Jest)
- OAuth and token-based authentication
- UI craft: accessibility, streaming/loading states, and polish
- 0-to-1 product building and owning outcome metrics
- Domain experience in fintech/blockchain, health tech, supply chain, or BI/analytics (SQL, MDX, DAX)
