Sales Development Representative
Role Summary
This role is focused on driving high-volume outbound prospecting and generating qualified opportunities through cold calling. The SDR (Player-Captain) will spend most of the day engaging prospects, handling objections, and building pipeline while supporting the Outbound Sales Manager by helping onboard new team members, sharing best practices, and maintaining strong team execution on the sales floor.
Work Model, Timezone & Location Requirement:
Hybrid / On-site role (between 3–5 days per week in the office).
Candidates must be available to work during Pacific Time (PT) business hours.
Candidates must currently reside in one of the following cities:

- Buenos Aires, Córdoba (Argentina)
- Medellín, Bogotá (Colombia)
- Santiago (Chile)
- Mexico City (CDMX)
- Lima (Peru)
Desired Skills
- B2 and above English level
- 2+ years of profesional experience as an SDR.
- Experience with high-volume B2B cold outbound prospecting
- Strong cold calling and objection handling skills
- Experience using CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot)
- Experience with dialers (e.g., Aircall, Dialpad, or similar)
- Experience with sales engagement tools (e.g., Apollo, Outreach)
- Experience performing prospect research and contact discovery
- Confident verbal communication skills for speaking with US-based prospects
- Ability to support peers and help onboard new SDRs
Nice to Have
- Experience in Commercial Services, Facilities Management, or Janitorial industries
- Experience acting as a team anchor, trainer, or onboarding support for junior SDRs
- Familiarity with ZoomInfo or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Basic awareness of TCPA and CAN-SPAM compliance
Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to generate qualified sales opportunities.
- Navigate gatekeepers and handle objections during outbound conversations.
- Build and maintain a qualified pipeline for the Inside Sales Representatives.
- Perform account research and identify target contacts.
- Use CRM, dialers, and sales engagement platforms to manage daily outreach activities.
- Support the Outbound Sales Manager by helping onboard new SDRs into daily calling workflows.
- Share calling best practices and help maintain team engagement and daily execution.
- Model daily outbound activity and implement coaching feedback.
