Payroll
Payroll Operations Associate
The Payroll Associate role is designed for individuals early in their payroll careers who are eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment. You will assist with the weekly processing of W-2 payroll, becoming familiar with payroll systems and multi-state tax regulations while receiving guidance from more senior team members. As you build experience, you will take on more complex tasks and responsibilities, ensuring payroll accuracy and compliance for field employees.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of payroll or related experience (internships or administrative roles in finance/HR are a plus).
- Basic knowledge of payroll concepts, or a strong desire to learn payroll processes and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
- Familiarity with payroll systems (e.g., ADP, Paylocity) is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information responsibly.
- Good communication and organizational skills, with a collaborative mindset.
- Willingness to learn and take on increasingly complex tasks as you gain experience.
