Sales Assistant (Montevideo - UY)

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain Salesforce opportunities and reports accurate and up to date.
  • Organize, manage, and maintain clean data across internal systems (Salesforce, Google Workspace, Confluence, Matching Tool).
  • Format and review candidate profiles for client-facing presentation.
  • Prepare call notes, follow-ups, and internal documentation for Sales Ops.
  • Coordinate with Recruiting and Operations to keep internal workflows aligned.
  • Support scheduling, tracking, and reporting tasks.
  • Identify and flag inconsistencies, blockers, or process gaps early to support timely resolution.
  • Assist with event logistics and general administrative tasks as needed.

Main Skills and Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in coordination, administrative, or operations roles.
  • Ability to work on-site in Montevideo and collaborate closely with Sales Ops and cross-functional teams.
  • Advanced English proficiency required.
  • Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and Salesforce.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Reliable, steady, and consistent — takes pride in accuracy and follow-through.
  • Calm, adaptable, and able to handle shifting priorities with ease.
  • Ownership mindset — proactive in spotting needs and supporting smooth workflows.
