Sales Operations Analyst (Montevideo - UY)

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the partner acquisition strategy, helping identify and convert target clients into active partners.
  • Support both LatAm and U.S. teams by analyzing sales and operational data, to generate insights that drive business decisions.
  • Build, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports to monitor key KPIs and identify trends or improvement opportunities.
  • Partner closely with Ops and Revenue leaders, providing clear, data-based recommendations to support strategic decisions.
  • Ensure timely responses to internal requests and collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and other teams to align goals and actions.
  • Act as a strategic link between data analysis and operational execution, turning numbers into clear, actionable ideas.

Main Skills and Qualifications

  • 4–5 years of experience in data analytics focused on operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
  • Based in Montevideo, Uruguay.
  • Advanced English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (experience with Tableau is a plus).
  • Strong organizational skills, curiosity, and proactive attitude toward learning and improvement.
  • Ability to work effectively across local and U.S. teams.
