Ssr. Designer (Buenos Aires - AR)
Key responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging social media assets (static, carousel, animated, short video edits).
- Create marketing and sales materials such as one-pagers, brochures, and pitch decks.
- Develop event and campaign graphics, including banners, invitations, and signage.
- Produce presentations and internal documents with polished, on-brand visuals.
- Ensure all deliverables are aligned with brand guidelines and high-quality standards.
- Apply strong design fundamentals in visual hierarchy, typography, and color.
- Work closely with teammates to refine and elevate design outputs.
- Embrace feedback and turn it into better outcomes.
- Bring fresh ideas and suggestions to enhance designs and processes.
- Stay organized and handle multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
Main skills and qualifications
- +2 years of professional design experience (agency, startup, or in-house) with a portfolio that demonstrates versatility.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma, and Canva.
- Advanced English level.
- Strong grasp of design fundamentals, including visual hierarchy, typography, and color theory.
- Adaptability to work across different types of design projects.
- Coachable and eager to learn, with openness to constructive feedback.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Effective collaboration and teamwork skills.
- Bonus: Basic knowledge of After Effects or similar motion graphics tools.
