Engineer Manager

About the role
We’re looking for hands-on Engineering Managers / Team Leads (Backend and Frontend) to combine strong technical leadership with people management. This role partners closely with product, design, and engineering stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable software while driving technical excellence and team growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop the engineering team.
- Stay hands-on with Golang or React code, architecture decisions, and code reviews.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical roadmap and priorities.
- Ensure engineering excellence, quality standards, and best practices.
- Track and improve team metrics such as velocity, quality, and delivery stability.
- Identify technical risks, blockers, and continuous improvement opportunities.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and clear communication.
Requirements
- 5+ years of backend/frontend development experience (Golang or React).
- 1+ year of experience managing or leading engineering teams.
- Strong Golang or React expertise and experience with distributed systems at scale.
- Hands-on experience with microservices architecture.
- Experience with gRPC, REST APIs, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, GCP, and Docker.
- Excellent communication skills across technical and business contexts.
- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
