Fullstack Kotlin/Java (Guadalajara, MX)
Desired Skills:
- B2 and above English level
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Deep backend expertise in Kotlin (5+ years) with a strong track record designing and scaling microservices architectures.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional technical initiatives and aligning technical execution with business goals.
- Experience designing mission-critical, high-volume systems with a focus on reliability, auditability, and operational excellence.
- Strong experience in system design, architecture reviews, and AWS environments.
- Hands-on experience with job scheduling and orchestration tools such as Apache Airflow, Java, or similar.
- Experience building and maintaining SFTP-based integrations, including encryption, automation, and exception handling.
- Solid understanding of authentication, authorization, and security best practices, especially in regulated environments.
- Familiarity with React and modern front-end practices, with the ability to contribute to full-stack architectural decisions.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
