  • 5+ years of experience as backend or fullstack developer.
  • Hands-on experience with NetSuite development using SuiteScript, SDF, and workflows. (Experience integrating NetSuite with internal or third-party systems is a plus.)
  • Strong backend engineering fundamentals, including APIs, integrations, and service-oriented architectures.
  • Experience with Git-based workflows and deployment pipelines.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Exposure to financial systems, lending products, or operational workflows is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proactive and resourceful mindset with the ability to work independently in fast-paced, evolving environments.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience using AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, Codex, or similar tools to improve development workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain solutions within NetSuite using SuiteScript, SDF, and workflows.
  • Design and build backend services and integrations across internal systems and tools.
  • Contribute to the evolution of an API-driven architecture connecting NetSuite with internal platforms.
  • Own features end-to-end, from understanding business requirements through implementation and deployment.
  • Work with Git-based development workflows and support release management processes.
  • Contribute to deployment pipelines and support SDF-based deployments.
  • Analyze and implement scalable business logic across systems and workflows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deeply understand operational and business processes.
  • Build and maintain integrations between NetSuite and other internal or external systems.
  • Apply strong systems-thinking to connect technical decisions with business impact.
  • Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate engineering workflows and problem-solving.
  • Support the continuous improvement and scalability of backend systems and operational infrastructure.
