Howdy at Talent Land
Howdy had a strong presence throughout the event, drawing in hundreds of talents eager to learn about the brand and participate in our activations. It became one of the most active hubs at Talent Land over the four days, focusing on:
- Building brand awareness: Sharing who we are, what sets us apart, and how we connect top LATAM talent with U.S. companies.
- Connecting top talent with U.S. companies: Promoting job opportunities available in Guadalajara and beyond.
- Engaging experiences: We gave away instant Polaroid photos as keepsakes and raffled JBL speakers and 8 general and VIP expo tickets each day to keep the energy high.
All this happened just steps away from talks, demos, and workshops. Our recruiting and brand activations didn’t just help us engage local talent—they also reinforced Howdy’s position in the community.
