Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, source, and reach out to potential candidates for open positions.
- Manage part of the recruitment process independently, from sourcing through candidate interviews.
- Research and develop a deep understanding of role requirements and hiring needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring consistent communication throughout the hiring process.
- Track candidates effectively and maintain accurate recruitment records.
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers regarding candidate status, progress, and pipeline insights.
- Demonstrate autonomy, strong problem-solving skills, and effective workload management.
Main Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in headhunting and talent acquisition, with a strong track record of sourcing and placing candidates.
- Experience in IT recruitment is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
