Salesforce Administrator

Role Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator to manage and optimize Salesforce and its integrations. This role combines hands-on administration with strategic oversight, focusing on system scalability, automation, data integrity, and business process improvements. You will lead high-impact initiatives, support cross-functional teams, and help drive operational efficiency through scalable Salesforce solutions.


Desired Skills:

  • Advanced English level
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator certification (Mandatory)
  • +5 years of experience as a primary Salesforce Administrator
  • Expert knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
  • Strong experience with Salesforce automation tools including Flows, Dynamic Forms, and Lightning Record Pages
  • Experience with Experience Builder and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot)
  • Strong knowledge of ERD design and data modeling
  • Expertise in data management including deduplication, cleansing, imports, and large data volume handling
  • Experience managing Salesforce integrations and sandbox environments
  • Experience documenting workflows, processes, and data flows
  • Strong understanding of system upgrades, scalability, and lifecycle management

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize Salesforce and related GTM system integrations
  • Design and maintain scalable data models, workflows, and automation processes
  • Lead high-impact Salesforce administration and optimization projects
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, security, and system reliability
  • Manage user administration, permissions, licenses, and sandbox environments
  • Support system upgrades, documentation, and process improvements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across business and technical teams to improve operational workflows

Plus Experience:

  • Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator certification
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I and/or II certification
  • Experience with NPI (New Product Introduction) or product development processes
