Relationship Intelligence Analyst

Montevideo based - Onsite position

We are looking for a Relationship Intelligence Analyst to ensure that Howdy’s network of champions and client partners is continuously updated, well-documented, and leveraged for growth. 

This role is key to transforming relationship management into an organized, data-driven system that supports both the engineering mentorship function and business development.


Key Responsibilities

Database & Relationship Management

Maintain and continuously update the Howdy Champions and Partner databases within Salesforce.

Track employment changes of champions through LinkedIn, Salesforce insights, and team inputs.

Ensure all client, partner, and contact data is accurate, complete, and properly tagged.

Manage the record of interactions, referrals, and engagement histories.

Coordination & Scheduling

Maintain a structured calendar of champion and partner visits.

Remind mentors and leaders of scheduled engagements and follow-ups.

Ensure champions and key partners are regularly contacted and nurtured.

Backoffice Operations

Support all administrative and documentation needs for the Engineering Management/Mentorship department.

Prepare summaries, analytics, and reports for leadership reviews.

Align with Sales Enablement and Partnerships teams on shared contacts and data integrity.

AI & Process Enablement (Future-Focused)

Help prepare data and workflows for AI-based prioritization tools.

Validate and monitor AI outputs when implemented to ensure contextual accuracy.

Contribute feedback on process improvements and automation opportunities.


Qualifications:

2–4 years of experience in sales operations, CRM management, or administrative coordination.

Proficiency with Salesforce (mandatory).

High attention to detail and data hygiene.

Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.

Strong written and verbal communication in English and Spanish.

Comfortable working across technical and business teams.

Curious about AI tools and automation (nice to have).


Success Metrics:

Champion database accuracy and freshness (monthly audits).

Timely updates of champion movements.

On-time delivery of visit schedules and reminders.

Increased mentor and leadership engagement in Salesforce.

Reduced data lag between movement detection and team notification.
