Desired Skills:
- English B2 or above.
- 3–6 years of software engineering experience, including professional experience in AI Engineering, Applied AI, or related fields.
- Strong Python experience
- Professional experience building AI Agents, LLM workflows, or orchestration systems
- Professional experience building and shipping AI systems to production
- Strong experience with APIs, backend services, and system integrations
- Strong SQL and relational database experience
- Professional experience with structured outputs, tool/function calling, validation, or evaluation frameworks
- Professional experience with retrieval systems, vector databases, or RAG pipelines
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure
Nice to Have:
- PyTorch professional experience
- Computer Vision or multimodal AI professional experience
- Experience training or deploying deep learning models
- Professional experience with CLIP, DINO, SAM, SigLIP, OCR, or segmentation systems
Responsibilities
- Build and improve AI agent workflows and LLM-powered systems
- Develop scalable, production-ready AI applications end-to-end
- Design evaluation, testing, and reliability frameworks for AI systems
- Build integrations across backend systems, APIs, and AI infrastructure
- Work with structured outputs, validation layers, retrieval systems, and orchestration workflows
- Collaborate closely with product, operations, engineering, founders, and domain experts
- Improve AI system consistency, traceability, and performance
- Rapidly prototype, iterate, and ship AI-native features
- Contribute to architecture decisions and technical strategy
