Data Analyst (Guadalajara, MX)
We are looking for a Data Analyst with a strong data-driven mindset and a clear focus on business impact. This role is designed for someone who enjoys working hands-on with data, defining metrics, and transforming analysis into actionable insights that drive strategic and operational decisions.
You will be part of the Data & Analytics team, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the business effectively measures performance and executes against its goals.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Data Analysis, Analytics, or Business Intelligence roles
- Strong proficiency in SQL, preferably PostgreSQL
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Looker or Tableau
- High level of analytical autonomy and strong business understanding
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
- Advanced English (written and spoken)
Responsibilities
- Analyze raw data to define key metrics and KPIs, converting findings into actionable business insights
- Build, maintain, and leverage dashboards to support data-driven decision-making
- Partner with Operations, Sales, and Finance teams to measure performance, costs, and revenue
- Identify trends, opportunities, and risks that impact business outcomes
- Clearly communicate insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences
