Sr. Sales Operations Specialist
Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with Sales Operations leadership, shadowing Director-level stakeholders to support strategic initiatives and operational execution.
- Actively participate in core operational workflows, including candidate matching, profile submissions, follow-ups, and cross-team coordination.
- Support customer-facing interactions, including discovery calls, follow-ups, and external coordination, with a structured and professional presence.
- Lead documentation, tracking, and execution follow-ups from client meetings and executive syncs.
- Analyze KPIs, pipeline data, and performance metrics to generate insights and support decision-making.
- Design, document, and continuously improve Sales Ops processes and cross-functional workflows.
- Maintain Salesforce data integrity, reports, and dashboards with strong analytical rigor.
- Build structured reports in Excel/Google Sheets and ensure reliable metric tracking.
- Identify risks or inefficiencies and proactively propose structured solutions.
- Balance strategic analytical work with recurring operational and client-support execution.
Main Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in Operations, Sales Ops, Business Ops, Engineering, or analytical roles.
- Engineering background preferred.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Strong analytical mindset with structured, systems-based thinking.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills; comfort working with data, KPIs, and basic statistics.
- Proven experience improving processes and designing workflows.
- High problem-solving ability and executive-level exposure comfort.
- Availability to work in a hybrid model in Montevideo.
