Role Summary:
We are seeking a proactive, motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive outbound outreach in the real estate industry. This is a high-activity role focused on prospecting, outreach, relationship building, and demo booking. You will play a key role in generating qualified opportunities while working closely with the sales team, with a clear growth path into closing and higher-level sales roles.
Desired Skills:
- B2 and above English level
- + 2 years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, appointment setting, or SDR roles
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls, texts, and emails daily
- Experience researching and identifying qualified prospects
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when managing CRM data
- Ability to think creatively and adapt conversations naturally instead of strictly following scripts
- Experience working with CRM platforms and sales outreach sequences
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-driven and capable of working independently without constant direction
Responsibilities:
- Research and identify real estate teams across the U.S. that fit the ideal customer profile
- Maintain accurate and organized CRM data, including decision-makers and contact information
- Execute outbound outreach through calls, texts, and emails
- Follow up consistently through outreach sequences and personalized touches
- Qualify opportunities and schedule demos for the sales team
- Confirm meetings, manage reschedules, and help maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Meet daily and weekly activity and outreach targets
